End User License Agreement
PavePacket EULA
These terms govern use of PavePacket for contractor job packets, measurements, estimates, proposals, invoices, AI-assisted packet review, and connected accounting workflows.
Use of PavePacket
PavePacket is contractor workflow software for managing leads, jobs, measurements, estimates, proposals, customer acceptance, invoices, packet review, and related integrations.
You may use PavePacket only for lawful business purposes and only under an account or organization you are authorized to access.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, uploaded, approved, or sent through PavePacket, including customer details, job scope, quantities, prices, proposal terms, and invoice information.
You are responsible for maintaining access controls for your account, organization, connected integrations, and any users invited to operate under your organization.
Measurements, estimates, and proposals
Aerial measurements, packet-derived quantities, estimate calculations, proposal drafts, and invoice records are workflow aids. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, site verification, contract review, or required local compliance checks.
Before sending a proposal, accepting work, syncing accounting records, or relying on quantities, you must review and approve the relevant measurement, estimate, proposal, and invoice information.
AI and automation
AI and automation features may summarize uploaded packets, suggest contacts or jobs, identify missing information, and prepare review cards. These features are advisory and may be incomplete or incorrect.
PavePacket is designed so packet-derived business mutations require user approval through the command workflow. You remain responsible for approving, rejecting, or editing any suggestion before it affects business records.
Integrations
QuickBooks Online and other integrations depend on third-party services and credentials controlled outside PavePacket. You are responsible for authorizing only the companies and accounts you are allowed to connect.
Accounting sync is intended to reduce duplicate entry, but users remain responsible for reviewing synced customers, items, invoices, taxes, and accounting records in the connected system.
Service availability and changes
PavePacket may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. Some features may be preview, beta, review-only, or gated by configuration until production dependencies are ready.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and limits
PavePacket is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular project outcome.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PavePacket is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, rejected bids, inaccurate estimates, or third-party integration issues.
